Job Description

· Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective implementation of Agile practices.

· Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog activities.

· Drive delivery management, identify impediments, and ensure timely resolution.

· Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, functional consultants, and stakeholders.

· Support successful delivery of Dynamics 365 projects while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Must-Have Skills

· 6–7 years of Scrum Master/Agile delivery experience.

· Strong Agile/Scrum expertise.

· Strong delivery and project-management skills.

· Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.

· Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 projects.

Good-to-Have Skills

· Experience managing D365 implementation/AMS projects.

· Release and change-management experience.

· Agile/Scrum certification such as CSM/PSM.

· Experience working with distributed/global teams.

· Strong knowledge of Jira/Azure DevOps.
