Job Description

·         Provide functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & HR.

·         Analyze business requirements and provide appropriate D365 functional solutions.

·         Support configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and business-process improvements.

·         Handle AMS support, enhancements, change requests, and release management.

·         Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Must-Have Skills

·         6–7 years of relevant D365 Finance & HR experience.

·         Strong functional and product knowledge.

·         Good understanding of Finance and HR business processes.

·         Strong analytical and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

·         AMS project experience.

·         Enhancement and change-management experience.

·         Release management experience.

·         D365 integrations and Power Platform knowledge.
