· Provide functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM).

· Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective D365 SCM solutions.

· Handle AMS support, enhancements, change requests, and release management activities.

· Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.

· Work with business stakeholders throughout requirements, testing, deployment, and support.

Must-Have Skills

· 6–7 years of relevant D365 SCM experience.

· Strong D365 SCM functional and product knowledge.

· Hands-on experience in production support/AMS.

· Strong troubleshooting and business-process understanding.

Good-to-Have Skills

· Enhancement and change-management experience.

· D365 integrations and technical coordination.

· Power Platform/Power BI knowledge.
