Job Description

· Manage and support Dynamics 365 platform infrastructure and Azure environments.

· Perform platform administration, environment management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

· Work with Azure infrastructure, DevOps, security, and operational support teams.

· Support deployments, upgrades, releases, and environment-related activities.

· Ensure platform availability, security, performance, and adherence to operational standards.

Must-Have Skills

· 6–7 years of relevant infrastructure/cloud experience.

· Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform administration.

· Hands-on Azure infrastructure experience.

· Knowledge of Azure DevOps, security, monitoring, and operational support.

Good-to-Have Skills

· AMS project-handling experience.

· Enhancement, change-management, and release-management experience.

· Azure certifications.

· CI/CD and deployment pipeline experience.

· Experience supporting enterprise D365 environments.
