Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant at DBAce Technologies
About this role
We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to lead and support a complex, multi-module cloud implementation. The role demands deep cross-module knowledge spanning Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Cost Management, and Receipt Accounting, with hands-on experience in advanced scenarios including intercompany flows, Supply Chain Financial Orchestration (SCFO), and ability to drive functional design and configuration of key integrations like Salesforce-to-OM order import via OIC.
Job Responsibilities:
Work directly with Business User as an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain functional expert.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
Troubleshooting and Resolving issues in production environment
Gather, analyse business requirements and perform Fit-Gap analysis
Active participation in preparing various project documents – Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Training materials.
Explain the business requirement to other team members in the project
Write functional configuration documents
Create and execute test scenarios in various test environments
Worked with large customers involving integrations
Quick learner and able to pick up new skills
Customer facing skills, ability to lead
Lead end-to-end configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion Order Management, covering order capture, custom orchestration set up, fulfilment, and billing integration.
Configure Supply Chain Financial Orchestration (SCFO) to manage financial flows across business units, including trade operation definitions, profit centre mapping, and financial route setup.
Own the functional design for key integration like the Salesforce-to-Oracle OM integration using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) — covering SFDC opportunity/order objects, transformation mappings, error handling, and reprocessing logic. support
Collaborate with technical teams on FBDI templates, REST/SOAP APIs, and BIP reports for SCM data migration and reporting.
Strong stakeholder management; ability to facilitate workshops with business and IT leads
Ability to interpret and validate cost accounting and receipt accounting journal entries — including accrual, clearing, and absorption entries — and work with the Finance team to ensure subledger accounting rules produce correct general ledger impact.
Mandatory Skills:
