•Administer the Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) deployed

workflow administration, and platform availability
•Provide on-site, resident support for ECMS; serve as the first point of contact

without needing remote OEM engagement for standard issues
•Monitor ECMS platform health through EMS dashboards; investigate and

document management workflows, API connectors, and data flows remain

OEM and change management process; manage version upgrades with
minimal disruption to operations
•Co-ordinate closely with DoP's document management and workflow
operations teams; address user access and usage issues directly on-site to
minimise downtime and escalation
•Maintain ECMS documentation: system configuration records, integration

coverage is not currently within the defined ECMS scope — any such
requirement will need formal DoP clarification and may constitute a scope
expansion under the CCN process
