Role: Data Operations BI Engineer
Description: The role focuses on Azure Analysis Services (AAS), Power BI, and monitoring / troubleshooting pipelines in Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Required Skills:
Experience with Azure Analysis Services and Power BI operations.
Good knowledge of ADF monitoring and troubleshooting.
Strong SQL/DAX skills and understanding of data modelling.
Experience in Azure environments and working with production data workloads.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support Azure Analysis Services models, refreshes, partitions, and performance tuning.
Support Power BI datasets, gateways, refresh issues, Premium capacity, and workspace governance.
Monitor and troubleshoot Azure Data Factory pipelines and production workloads.
Drive operational excellence through automation, documentation, and root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with BI and data engineering teams to ensure smooth data delivery.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to Azure DevOps/Git, KQL, or Power BI Premium/Fabric.
Azure or BI-related certifications.
